After coming to Heritage Toyota for years for service I decided to check out the car inventory they had knowing my lease was up in a few months. I was connected with Jay and within minutes I could tell he decided to check out the car inventory they had knowing my lease was up in a few months. I was connected with Jay and within minutes I could tell he genuinely cared to figure out the kind of car I was looking for and wanted to help in every way that he could. I purchased my car on December 30th, 2025. I was not given my temporary registration upon leaving the lot. My temporary plates expired February 28th, 2026. It is almost April, and I still do not have my plates or registration. I was given a date of March 18th which wasn’t ideal but I was patient. Clearly that didn’t happen. Now I’m being told April 8th. It’s been over a month that I can’t drive my vehicle which is really hurting my business and being able to work. The title clerk got nasty and blamed it on me for not providing her with information I had no idea they needed. I’ve been chasing them for an answer for over a month and have still not received why paperwork hasn’t been completed. My MVC still does not have any evidence of my vehicle in their system. Also the sales team promised that my car comes with fog lights which it did not. Truly upset with the whole experience. More
