I just bought my new Volvo from Volvo Cars North Miami and honestly it was such a good experience all around. Omar Quintero was my salesperson and he was super friendly and patient with me. He didn’t try to rush me or push anything I didn’t want, just helped me find the right car for my needs and took care of everything really smoothly. Zuly Gomez, the sales manager, came by to check on me too and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. She’s really nice and professional, you can tell she cares about taking care of customers. JC in finance made the paperwork part actually easy which is rare. She explained everything so I understood what I was signing and there were no surprises at all. After I finished up, Alex Loredo, the product specialist, helped me get my phone paired to Bluetooth and set up the Volvo app. He walked me through all the tech stuff and made sure I knew how to use all the features before I left. Super helpful guy. Overall I’m really happy with my new Volvo and can’t thank Omar, Zuly, JC and Alex enough for making it such a smooth and friendly experience. Highly recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo. More

recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars North Miami, and I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the atmosphere was refreshingly different from other dealerships I've visited. My sales consultant, Gio Salazar, was an absolute professional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Volvo lineup, but more importantly, she genuinely listened to my needs and preferences. I came in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted (the XC60 Recharge with the Bowers & Wilkins sound system was a non-negotiable for me), and Gio didn't try to push me towards something else. Instead, she focused on finding the exact configuration I was looking for, even going so far as to check inventory at sister dealerships when the specific color I wanted wasn't immediately available. The test drive was thorough and informative. Gio pointed out key features I might have missed on my own and encouraged me to truly experience the car's handling and technology on both surface streets and the I-95 stretch nearby. It wasn't just a quick loop around the block; it felt like a genuine opportunity to get acquainted with the vehicle. Where Volvo Cars North Miami truly shone for me was in the transparency of the negotiation process. There was no back-and-forth "manager's special" theatrics. They presented their best offer upfront, and while we did discuss a few minor adjustments, it was done in a very straightforward and respectful manner. The finance department, led by Ms. Rivero, was equally efficient. He clearly explained all the options without any high-pressure sales tactics for extended warranties or additional services, allowing me to make informed decisions. The delivery process was also very thoughtful. The car was meticulously detailed, and Gio spent a good hour with me going over all the infotainment features, setting up my Volvo ID, and explaining the Volvo On Call app. It’s the little things, like her making sure my phone was paired and that I understood how to use the adaptive cruise control, that really made a difference. The only minor point I'd mention, and it's truly minor, is that parking on a busy Saturday afternoon can be a little tight, but the staff was quick to direct me to an available spot. Overall, I highly recommend Volvo Cars North Miami. Their commitment to customer service, knowledgeable staff, and transparent process made buying my new car a genuinely pleasant experience. I'm already looking forward to my first service appointment, confident that I'll receive the same level of excellent care. More

Experience was a mixed bag. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. However, 2 issues. First, I had my own financing with my credit union. Rather than tell me up-fro The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. However, 2 issues. First, I had my own financing with my credit union. Rather than tell me up-front he would not accept credit union financing, the manager had sales and his finance manager offer to see if they could match or better the rate I had received. In hindsign, I should have said no, don't bother. After sitting and waiting for nearly two hours, I met with the finance person who presented me with their best rate, which was higher than my credit union. When I told her I'll go with my own financing, she proceeds to tell me that the manager will only honor the deal made if I use their financing, and as a policy they will not accept financing from a credit union because its not in their interests. Big banks, in her words, not mine, 'kick them back money' when they use them. Definitely unethical, possibly illegal, and unfair to the customer. I get it, they're in it to mak money. But if that's your policy, state that up-front so a customer can can make a decision on whether to do business or go elsewhere. That stunt cost me nearly 2 hours of my time and $575 ($7/mo more) because the rate was slightly higher. I think they took advantage because the dealership was so far away from where I lived and I had already agreed to the trade in of my old vehicle. If it had been a local dealership, I probably would have told them to kick rocks. Second issue was the CPO program. I reviewed the CARFAX prior to setting the appointment. Before offering the car as CPO, it indicates the inspection was performed, brake rotors replaced, four tires replaced, wipers replaced. When I examined the vehicle, I noticed immediately the tires were not new. Like most average people, I assumed replaces with new tires. After a little back and forth, the sales rep finally admitted that they will replace worn tires with used ones because the vehicle manufacture says its okay as long as they have 5/32" tread depth. On my trip home, I ran into some lite rain. When the wipers kicked on, instead of a clean windshield, STREAKS! because the wipers were old, not new. I didn't bother to check wipers on a Volvo CPO vehicle. I should have. That made me begin to wonder if any of the stated inspections or maintenance were actually completed. Little details make a big difference, because they determine confidence. Let's see how Volvo of Miami responds. More

Purchased a used 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV and had a good experience. Ricky from sales was very helpful and communicative, upfront with pricing, even went above and beyond in getting the vehicle charged so w experience. JC in finance was a pleasure and made everything quick and easy. Only issue was even though Ricky was at the time more than willing to help us with document needed for the tax credit, getting a copy sent over took some time. Had to call and ask to speak to Roger from accounting directly to have the copy finally sent weeks later. More
