They claim to care about customer satisfaction but really they do not. I believe there is a breakdown in communication amongst the departments and things could be better. I went to have my vehicle cleaned af they do not. I believe there is a breakdown in communication amongst the departments and things could be better. I went to have my vehicle cleaned after purchasing it. They did a very subpar job. They only vacuumed and washed the outside. Didn’t clean my mirrors or windows and didn’t wipe anything down. But I sat there for at least 30 minutes. I feel like I wasted my time because I absolutely would have a better job of cleaning. More
