Got the truck I wanted with no pressure or hassle. I had been browsing at pre-owned trucks online for about a month and Imperial had the best selection, so my wife and I went there to take a look. We met Jean Dalomba who showed us what we wanted to see, answered our questions and let us test drive the ones we wanted with a "Take your time, I'll see you when you get back!" I bought one of those trucks at a good price and never got any pressure to look at anything else more expensive. I felt at ease with Jean and was happy with the way we were treated by him and everyone else at Imperial. We bought my mother a car there a couple of years ago and now I have a nice truck. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. More

Great experience with my recent purchase After researching car dealers online, and visiting some others within the area - we decided to go over to Imperial Chevrolet in Mendon to take a look After researching car dealers online, and visiting some others within the area - we decided to go over to Imperial Chevrolet in Mendon to take a look at their inventory.. Upon arrival, we were quickly greeted by Jean as we made our way onto the lot. I had seen a truck that I was interested in online, and he was very helpful with bringing me right to the vehicle and telling me details about the specific model. During our test-drive, Jean was also helpful in pointing out the different features of the truck, and making the test-drive an enjoyable experience. After we made our decision to purchase, we were given a gift card to the diner next door for a quick bite to eat. One of my only complaints about the whole experience was having to wait for the financial representative. After we made our decision to purchase, we had to wait about 2.5 hours until we could go through the financial process. Our time at the diner helped us a little, but even though it was on a Sunday, we had hoped the whole process could have moved a little faster. Overall though, we had a great experience with Jean and Imperial Chevrolet and I would absolutely recommend both Jean and the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

Like dealing with a friend The purchase of my new pickup was probably the best dealer experience I've ever had, (and I'm in my 60's). Right from the start Jean Dalomba made us comfortable and listened very carefully to what we wanted and were looking for. Rather than steer us to a new 2020 and try to upsell me he explained that they had a 2019 leftover with the options and features I had spoken of, and suggested that we at least test drive that vehicle first. It was the perfect choice for myself and my wife. After that while waiting to speak to Omar concerning paperwork and financing Jean didn't abandon us to the customer lounge but told us that until everything was finalized we were his only customer and only concern. We sat together and talked of family and vacations. It was an enjoyable and friendly experience. I would happily recommend Jean and Omar to anyone interested in looking for a new or new to them vehicle. More
