Knowing that I did some research prior to arriving, the Imperial team was very welcoming/friendlily and more importantly.. educated with what they had for inventory. I was pleased with the trade in value of a 2009 Silverado. Overall, I was pleased with price, customer service, and the respect of my time in the dealership.. I was not rushed, felt I had their attention and everything was processed at my pace. I had plenty to ask. They are a team that is dedicated, I even reached out with questions after purchase... left voice mail and call returned within the hour! You would think you drive off the lot your forgotten.. I did my homework, demonstrated what I was looking for and we were able to work together. More

Imperial and it's team made it easy to walk away with a "like new" 2018 Chevy Colorado. We worked with Jean and David who were both absolute professionals. Jean and David spent time getting to know us, what our needs were and there was never any pressure to buy, which we appreciated! Neither myself or my parents have bought a car in more than 10 years.
