Jean My advisor is always pleasant, I was very anxious about my car with the battery failing. I brought my car in because of an intermittent clunk that the first tech wasn’t able to replicate and couldn’t find the issue so the Service Manager Jordan had his senior tech take a look and was able to fin the first tech wasn’t able to replicate and couldn’t find the issue so the Service Manager Jordan had his senior tech take a look and was able to find the problem. The service manager Jordan is extremely nice and was very patient with me and assured me if there was a problem that the tech he assigned would find it….Thank you Jordan for fixing my issue and now I’m clunk free. I would definitely recommend Acura because they actually listen to their customers complaints and try their best to resolve it. More
