The sales rep Jonathan was very very pushy to try and get me to purchase out from under another employee who had a client with a deposit down on the vehicle. After the purchase, everyone was extremely hard t me to purchase out from under another employee who had a client with a deposit down on the vehicle. After the purchase, everyone was extremely hard to get in contact with regarding missing paperwork, missing key fobs, and delayed plates. They charged an exorbitant registration fee for a plate that expires in less than a month from delivery, and refused to do anything to extend it. Overall a poor experience and I would not recommend the Used Vehicle department to anyone I know. They run this exactly like a shady used dealer who doesn’t care about the person, just the $. More
