The dealership has large inventory and nice showroom. The salespeople are responsive and answer all your questions. However, unfortunately when I agreed on buying the car and wanted to proceed I had to w The salespeople are responsive and answer all your questions. However, unfortunately when I agreed on buying the car and wanted to proceed I had to wait at least 2 hours for financing people to get me the financing rates and final numbers, and try to rush me to purchase the vehicle and make it feel like I’m keeping them late. It took me over 4 hours to purchase a vehicle and when I didn’t like the financing terms the sales manager became very aggressive and rude and make it feel like we were causing the delay. I should have walked away then but the only reason I stayed was because they had the color of vehicle I wanted. Which I’m regretting and just have went with something else. Lesson learned More

Jean Luis is always above and beyond. I had very limited time and ask to be the first in line and he told me to come at the certain time in the morning. I taken my car to service to repair my windshield wipers; 1st time they didn’t have time ti fix it; I was told to make an appt. 2nd time I was told they need to order a sensor will call me on 12/31; as of 1/ 1st time they didn’t have time ti fix it; I was told to make an appt. 2nd time I was told they need to order a sensor will call me on 12/31; as of 1/9/23, I’m still waiting to hear back from the service guy. This is the second time I’m dissatisfied with the service at Acura. More
