Sales and finance were outstanding to deal with. Service team was not great. The original internal advisor (Ally) was not helpful (repeated unreturned calls) and someone in service that answered m Service team was not great. The original internal advisor (Ally) was not helpful (repeated unreturned calls) and someone in service that answered my call and basically did not have any interest in helping me-continually said that I was not scheduled though I had a text and email confirming my appt. She sounded like she could have cared less. Thank goodness for Sharon who then answered my call, had information, and was able to find my appt. She also helped me to schedule a sooner one. Alyssa (Internal Advisor) who took on my case and returned my call within 15 min. She was able to and schedule me right away for service. They were wonderful. More

We were looking for larger vehicle for my wife to transport grandchildren in a safe and user friendly manner. We had taken a Toyota Highlander for test drive and my wife didn’t like the feel.
