I have been selling cars since the early 1990’s and reached the Silver Certified achievement throughout my career with Honda. I've determined that Honda is the BEST car and strive for complete customer satisfaction. My life skills and ability to interact with the public are great qualifications in my position as a Client Advisor. I'm also well rounded experience in brand management, web presence, photography & video and data entry. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and a huge Pittsburgh Steelers & Penguins fan. I am a Honda enthusiast and loves going to all different kinds of car shows. I’ve been buying my Honda cars at Germain for 11 years and keep coming back because of the nice service. Jeanne Smith was a great person to work with! She really worked hard for me. I was buying two cars and keep coming back because of the nice service. Jeanne Smith was a great person to work with! She really worked hard for me. I was buying two cars and I kept her running as we closed in on the price. She went above and beyond and even stayed very late for us. I recommend Jeanne Smith to anyone looking for a new Honda. The other reason I keep going back is because the people working in the service department are very helpful and do great work! More

My previous service rep moved and I was a bit concerned about a smooth transition to a new service advisor. I picked Jeanne Smith and she was excellent. I had an appointment and she took me in right on tim about a smooth transition to a new service advisor. I picked Jeanne Smith and she was excellent. I had an appointment and she took me in right on time, we went over what service needed to be done and she said it would be around a 90 minute wait. At about 75 minutes Jeanne came to the wait area explained what they did and that they are finishing up. I paid my reasonable bill and I was done and Jeanne made it a very easy process, Thank you! More
