I've determined that Honda is the BEST car and strive for complete customer satisfaction. I'm also well rounded experience in brand management, web presence, photography & video and data entry. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and a huge Pittsburgh Steelers & Penguins fan. I am a Honda enthusiast and loves going to all different kinds of car shows. On May 15th, 2021 I visited Germain Honda in Naples, Florida. I spoke with Jeanne Smith. Ms. Smith was Polite, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Respectful, and Patient. Ms. Smith was quite respectful of my financial parameters. In no time she and I reached a satisfactory Lease price. I was soon on my way home in a beautiful 2021 Honda CR-V. I have been looking for a caravan for a while. I got in the dodge caravan to test drive it, and Jeanne was the nicest sweetest person to accompany me on my drive. She wasn’t pushy whatsoever, and she assur the dodge caravan to test drive it, and Jeanne was the nicest sweetest person to accompany me on my drive. She wasn’t pushy whatsoever, and she assured me that if it’s something I really wanted she’d do her best to help me. That’s exactly what she did, her best. She is an awesome down to earth, reasonable person. Very fun to be around, we talked about random things that made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. When it came time to close the deal, she congratulated me multiple times and said she was so happy for me. The respect I have for her is top notch, along with her service.
