I went in after emailing back and forth with Zeke and Natasha for a couple of weeks and they were both very patient with me and answered any questions that I had and about the vehicle, financing, and fees. When my girlfriend and I got to the dealership we were immediately greeted by Jeff Allen who was more than helpful and made us feel welcome. Jeff brought us over to discuss options and what kind of vehicle that we were interested in and once I explained that we had chosen already he pulled up which vehicle it was and asked us if we wanted to test drive it. We said yes and Jeff went over various parts of the car and took us for a test drive. While I drove it he went over some of its features and answered our questions. Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable and we will certainly be back again in the future! Jean in financing was also very helpful and got us a great deal when it came to interest rate and payment. Thank you again Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn for being so patient and great to work with. We love our new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport! More

When I go over expansion joints on bridges, or depressions in the road (i.e. manhol The suspension on my Hyundai Elantra GT is not designed very well. When I go over expansion joints on bridges, or depressions in the road (i.e. manholes), the car "skitters" out of line. I have made this problem slightly better by adding weight to the back of the car. The front suspension is mostly OK, but the rear suspension is too soft. I feel that the rear wheels are briefly losing contact with the road when I go over expansion joints or depressions in the road. This should be looked at by your engineers for improvement in the next model year. Other than that I am relatively OK with the car, but would not buy it again if the suspension hasn't been improved. I would, however, return to the dealer in Auburn to evaluate different models, as they were very professional and courteous, especially my sales rep Jeff Allen. More

Jeff Allen and the crew at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Once we made the choice to go ahead, they went to bat for us and found a car in our budget and to our specs, a lender and terms we could live with. They also took care of registration, plates, and inspection, all we had to do was get insurance and we just emailed the proof. Once the plates and paperwork was done, the car was driven to me at work. This was our first car purchase and everyone involved made it as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
