Great experience all around! Greeted immediately by Chris (DiPiro) who answered all of our questions as we looked at the models we were interested in with no “sales” pressure at a Greeted immediately by Chris (DiPiro) who answered all of our questions as we looked at the models we were interested in with no “sales” pressure at all. We felt like he really wanted us to be well informed. Initially we had another appointment to go to and he was very conscious of our time constraint. Even when we started to leave with the information we needed he didn’t chase after us so he could make a sale. Very respectful and never felt like we were being led down a path we didn’t want to go down. When we had an unusual request on timing of the a potential deal (needed to be next day) he arranged for everything to be done to our satisfaction. The next day we closed a deal . Finance was quick and easy. Chris was everything you would want in a sales advisor. Thanks, Chris. More

Purchased a used vehicle on Sat. On Sun. and Mon. mornings noticed transmission shifting problems. Took it to the dealer on Monday.
