Albert was friendly and straight up from the get go. We went in looking for a smaller, cheaper model but because of other needs they were able to get us a nicer, newer vehicle and although it was a higher payment we were looking for our sales person was giving us refinancing options for the future. We even weren't going to be able to be approved for financing but Albert was able to get it so we had a low down payment we could pay at a later date so we could drive the car off the lot that night. Which was important because our other vehicle was no longer working and too costly to get fixed. Overall it was a wonderful and easy process and we were completely satisfied and happy. More
