My recent car buying experience I must say, everyone at Larry Miller Hyundai, treated me with respect, provided me with multiple car buying options, assisted me with finding the perf I must say, everyone at Larry Miller Hyundai, treated me with respect, provided me with multiple car buying options, assisted me with finding the perfect car, and were most helpfull making what could be a stressful process, not so bad at all! My salesman, Addison, was awesome. He was so patient in taking his time to make sure I knew every feature of my selected vehicle & was very knowledgeable. Fabulous! My husband and I went into the dealership with the sole purpose of looking at gently used vehicles. Tyler took time to talk with us and get to know a My husband and I went into the dealership with the sole purpose of looking at gently used vehicles. Tyler took time to talk with us and get to know a bit about what we might want. When we mentioned an interest in electric cars, he introduced us to the Ioniq. We test drove the car, looked at others, then sat down to "look at numbers". After reviewing the numbers, there was no way we could say no! Great deal that fit our needs completely. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Larry Miller Hyundai seems like a happy family of employees and it was a pleasure doing business with them. More

Definition of sleazy car sales I normally like to give good grades on surveys such as these. However, in this case I have to be completely honest with the entire experience of buyin I normally like to give good grades on surveys such as these. However, in this case I have to be completely honest with the entire experience of buying my car at Larry Miller Hyundai. First, Dakota Diaz is a very nice young man and with the exception of not showing me some of the features in my new car (i.e., working the navigation system, working the radio, etc.) he did an outstanding job! Unfortunately, I cannot say that about the other people I was forced to encounter during my sales experience. They would be Mike the Assistant Sales Manager and Jeff in Finance. I believe the other sales manager I talked with was Sean(?) He was very good to me! Mike, on the other hand, got right in my face when it was time for him to come in and "close" the deal for Dakota. It was very intimidating and extremely uncomfortable. I told him as much when he did it. Then later apologized for my actions. Yet, never received as much as a small acknowlegement regarding his horrific behavior. Then ther was Jeff, in Finance! All I can say is, "This guy put the S in slick." I asked him what I was getting for my trade in. He blew me off by muttering something about, "....it's all factored in..." Then he told me that Hyundai of America had picked u[p the financing. Turns out it is in fact "Vantage West Credit Union" He told me my rate would go down to 4.7% from 5.4% after I purchased the extra protection and warranty. Which I know he got a nice chunk of change in commission! But, the thing that really gnaws at me is that I never received my copy of the sales agreement, or purchase contract or any other paperwork associated with the purchase of this vehicle. I talked to Dakota about that a few days after the sale. He asked Jeff and Jeff told him he mailed it to me. Sir, I live about 6 miles from your dealership. I could have picked it up if Jeff gave a hoot about anything but the bottom line. Also, that was over a week ago, I have not received it yet. I feel that your sales/finance managers saw me as a "desperate case" when they saw my situation. I let these things go by at the time of the sale because, frankly, I was so beaten down by the process all I wanted to do was surrender. My impression is that that is EXACTLY what LMH wants! There are words and phrases on your wall like, "inegrity;" "honesty;" "customer satisfaction and care." etc. To me and my experience they are just words. I have left a message for Dakota to contact me. I will ask him to get me my documents from Jeff 1 more time. If I cannot get them I will contact Mr Trinkl. If necessary my next step will be to contact Hyundai of America, The Better Business Bureau and the Arizona State Attorney General. More

Awesome Staff and Experience Mrika went above and beyond helping me find a vehicle. She worked with me on three different occasions. I didn't feel pressure to buy a vehicle like a Mrika went above and beyond helping me find a vehicle. She worked with me on three different occasions. I didn't feel pressure to buy a vehicle like a lot of other places do. She is awesome! She followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. I have never experienced that before from a sales rep. Everyone I encountered each time I was there was really nice. Finance was super quick which usually is not the case. I have recommended Mrika and the dealership to several people. More

Loren made the process as good as it could possibly be, including having my new Genesis shipped to a local So Cal dealer for the hand off. He was on top of everything at all times, and the communication was superb. From the beginning to the end, Loren was and is to be commended. Jeff Alves was very ,very patient with me as I sent back and forth various insurance/registration/etc. data. Just wish I could be in their neighborhood to see if service is as good as the sales! More
