Welcome! My interest in the auto industry began in 2006 after starting my first job working / training as a professional Automotive Detailer. After nearly four years of sharpening my skills with detailing , I ended up in a great customer service position at CVS Health where I spent nearly eight years. In late 2019, I was in dire need of a reliable vehicle. For years, I'd heard nothing but positive things about O'Daniel, so naturally I came and purchased my vehicle. I was truly blown away with the "No pressure, relaxed" environment. I admired the customer service skills from all the employees at the store. I was getting in my new ride to head home when I got a knock on my window. The General Sales Manager recognized me from CVS and the rest is history! My wife and I were in a bind, trying to buy a decently priced car in one day after hers broke down when we came to o’daniels. It was a breath of fresh air coming here when we were already stressed and ver priced car in one day after hers broke down when we came to o’daniels. It was a breath of fresh air coming here when we were already stressed and very irritated from visiting other dealerships. We were helped quickly and kindly even though it was quite busy. Jeff went above and beyond to find us the car we really wanted in a market that is obviously difficult right now, answered all our questions honestly and made the whole process (mostly) painless. We were never pushed or guilted into spending more than we were comfortable with or into “extras” that we didn’t want and it made the whole experience 10/10 More

Jeff is wonderful. I worked with him a few years ago on a purchase where he did the most he could to get me into the right vehicle. I knew when it was time to buy again I worked with him a few years ago on a purchase where he did the most he could to get me into the right vehicle. I knew when it was time to buy again, that I would be back to him and I was not disappointed that I did. It really feels like Jeff does everything in his power to give you the best buying experience and to help you find the best fit. We’ve used Jeff before in the past, and he was even better this time (which I thought was impossible). He helped us get into the car we LOVED - which was a difficult, almost impossible situation, yet h better this time (which I thought was impossible).
