They have almost no staff that actually work on Sprinters. It took a 4 months before I could get a simple service appointment. I have nothing but praise for Chris Jarrauch in customer service and Jeff Blake, the service manager. I bought a pre-owned vehicle that stalled out on the highway on the way home. In the process, it was discovered that a pin had become disconnected and had to be replaced. Jeff Blake covered the cost of the repair. Both of those gus are top-notch representatives of Mercedes Benz. More

Extremely painful experience with the service department. Vehicle was in 3 times for the same issue and still not resolved.
