That being said, Jeff McDowell and his team at MB of Westminster made making the switch from trucks to cars seamless. Jeff is a true professional, an individual with patience who is willing to explain and re-explain even months after purchasing a car. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff and on both occasions never had to play the "negotiate and wait" game that you typically have to deal with through the car buying process. Jeff took the time to understand both my needs and my wants, he understood where I was willing to be financially and did not try to stray from this. He is an honest sales professional and his team will have my business for years to come. I sat down with Jeff a year after my first purchase, the first lease of my life as I still did not quite understand and he took an hour and half out of his day to be sure that I understood every aspect of the lease and what options I have from this point forward. Jeff is a true man of character and does not fit the norm/stigma of the "typical car sales guy". He has changed the way I think and see a car buying experience. More

Ahmad was quite pleasant to work with i particularly a certain MB dealer in Denver, but I had a thoroughly positive experience with MB Westminster. Ahmad was quite pleasant to work with in the process of shopping for a CPO C300 and, as a previous reviewer mentioned, very patient throughout. He clearly knows his products -- even mentioning his passion for cars -- and has conscientiously followed up since the transaction. Hats off, too, to Jeff and John in the Service Department, Anthony in Financing, and Product Specialist Jeff (who showed me that the car's technology really isn't as much of a mystery as I thought). The location is nearly 20 miles from my home, but I look forward to a long relationship with MB Westminster. They definitely know the value of customer service and good will. More
