I began my career in the automotive industry in February 2015 and have proudly been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett family for the past nine years. Born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve always appreciated the strong sense of community here — something that Subaru of Gwinnett embodies every day. My wife and I are raising three amazing kids — two daughters (8 and 4) and a son (6) — along with a couple of lovable rescue pups who keep things lively at home. Fun fact: my family is currently on Subaru #7, and we love taking our Subarus off-roading whenever we can! What I enjoy most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the incredible culture and the many opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. It’s a place that truly feels like home.

They are all very competent and nice to work with, but sometimes not as responsive as one should hope. I think this is partly because they just moved into their new building and the phones are still jank sometimes not as responsive as one should hope. Customer service was very lacking. Last time I was here was great but when I showed up for my most recent oil change the woman I got (I think her name was Victoria) made me feel like I Last time I was here was great but when I showed up for my most recent oil change the woman I got (I think her name was Victoria) made me feel like I was bothering her she took a personal call while dealing with me and just abandoned me to go talk on the phone/do other things unrelated to help me with my car. I was polite and let it be (just brushed it off) next time I will be looking for my normal guy Jeff who takes care of me better or ill just leave. More
