I began my career in the automotive industry in February 2015 and have proudly been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett family for the past nine years. Born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve always appreciated the strong sense of community here — something that Subaru of Gwinnett embodies every day. My wife and I are raising three amazing kids — two daughters (8 and 4) and a son (6) — along with a couple of lovable rescue pups who keep things lively at home. Fun fact: my family is currently on Subaru #7, and we love taking our Subarus off-roading whenever we can! What I enjoy most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the incredible culture and the many opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. It’s a place that truly feels like home.

Subaru of Gwinnett is outstanding. I was able to schedule my oil change and tire rotation easily and quickly. Service was prompt and friendly - Jeff is the best! Great service, but it took too long. Had an appointment for an hour’s service, was told to expect 1.5 hours upon arrival, then it took 2.5 hours. Almost $300 for diagnostic only which I did agree too however, things that were said were wrong during Subaru diagnostic were replaced and fixed and it did not resolve the issue. It is not until I went t however, things that were said were wrong during Subaru diagnostic were replaced and fixed and it did not resolve the issue. It is not until I went to the shop on the side of the toad that did another diagnostic for 1/3 of the Subaru price that I then replaced the part and that fixed my issue. So in a nutshell, diagnostic was overpriced and that won’t be much on a issue IF it was accurate but since it was not, I understand now why people call dealerships a stealerships.
