I have worked at a dealership myself in Southern California and this is the same type of service we gave there. Employees checked up on me smiled at me and offered me refreshments as I waited for a short amount of time and costs were reasonable. If I were to shop or get my car serviced I would come here. Regular maintenance Every team member was very welcoming. I was a little disappointed they didn't ask me if I wanted a complimentary car wash as they always had before. Every team member was very welcoming. I was a little disappointed they didn't ask me if I wanted a complimentary car wash as they always had before. I did redeem my anniversary $10 off coupon and thought maybe that's why they didn't offer one. The checkout was a little rushed. I always like it when they sit down with you and do over line by line all they did. It's reassuring to know how much traction is left on tires or percentage of brake pad left when you order an inspection. I had to ask and didn't get any numbers - just that they were still good. All in all, good service though. More
