I began my career in the automotive industry in February 2015 and have proudly been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett family for the past nine years. Born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve always appreciated the strong sense of community here — something that Subaru of Gwinnett embodies every day. My wife and I are raising three amazing kids — two daughters (8 and 4) and a son (6) — along with a couple of lovable rescue pups who keep things lively at home. Fun fact: my family is currently on Subaru #7, and we love taking our Subarus off-roading whenever we can! What I enjoy most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the incredible culture and the many opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. It’s a place that truly feels like home.

Stop Light Switch Replacement It took about the time estimated. The Forgotten rear wiper blade. On Monday, May 7 I brought my 2016 Outback in for an oil change and for the replacement of the rear wiper blade. I waited in the very comfortable wa On Monday, May 7 I brought my 2016 Outback in for an oil change and for the replacement of the rear wiper blade. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area for about an hour and Jeff Bowman told me the service had been completed. I paid the $103.02 bill and returned to my home in Stone Mountain, a distance of about 20 miles. When I checked I found that the rear wiper blade had not been replaced, BUT I had been charged for it. I immediately called Jeff and he offered to send a technician to my home to replace it. I elected to drive back to Subaru of Gwinnett on Thursday, May 9 to have the wiper blade to be installed. It was done and my credit card was credited with $18.88, the price of the wiper blade. For that I am thankful. Ironically, the reason I chose to have Subaru of Gwinnett perform the service was that Stivers Subaru, where I purchased the Outback, could not work me in for an oil change for about a week while Subaru of Gwinnett could perform the service the almost immediately. I'm sure I will give you another chance to perform the next service my car needs, that, I hope, will be the 30,000 mile service in a few months. Thanks for your concern. More

2 mistakes I returned the car to service after an oil change was not done correctly - the car began to leak oil. This was corrected, but the car had a very stro I returned the car to service after an oil change was not done correctly - the car began to leak oil. This was corrected, but the car had a very strong smell like gas. I returned the car after driving about2 miles. I was told that a solvent had been used to clean up the oil and to use the cabin air rather than the AC, that the odor would diminish. After driving about 100 miles the odor seemed to increase and was sickening. I returned last Saturday, the engine was power washed and the cabin air filter was changed. None of this would have happened if the oil change had been done correctly, but it was a rough experience to go through, somewhat offset by your care and courtesy. More
