After a difficult time sourcing my vehicle through a dealer trade both Jeff and John went the extra mile to ensure that we came away with the original car discussed. We had been working with the Sill-Terhar service center (which has been outstanding) on diagnosing some major issues with our old vehicle, and it turned out to be more cost effective to trade it in for a n (which has been outstanding) on diagnosing some major issues with our old vehicle, and it turned out to be more cost effective to trade it in for a new one. Our service center advisor Del recommended we see Jeff Callies up in the new car lot, and he did not dissapoint. Not only did he help negotiate a generous trade-in offer for our old car, he also got us an excellent deal on our new vehicle. Jeff had a no-nonsense approach to explaining our purchasing and trade-in options, and he was knowledgeable, friendly and just generally great to work with. Highly recommended. More

I began looking for a new Ford F-150 about 3 weeks ago and went on line to build a 2012 Ford. I was contacted by Jeffrey Callies at Sill-TerHar Ford and we began the search for my F-150. Jeffrey was very helpful and guided me through the maze of purchasing a new vehicle. He had to search around to find the truck I wanted and finally found it at another dealer. He then got it transfered to his dealership and proceeded to get the truck cleaned and fueled for my purchase.
