I went to Sill-Terhar, about 4 months ago, to test drive the 2012 Focus. Jeff Callies helped me for the demo ride. Other than a thank you email, there were no pestering phone calls.(unlike other dealers where salesmen called incessantly after my inquiries.) Last week, I was ready to buy. I had sold my old car sooner than expected, so I was without transport. Jeff sent someone to pick me up at my home and drive me to the dealership. The car that I was interested in had not arrived, but Jeff arranged a loaner car for me. For a week. That car did not work out, as expected, but Jeff gave me a great deal on an in-stock Focus that fit my needs. He briefed me on the operation, when I picked it up, and did all the Bluetooth and Sync procedures for me. Jeff is why I bought here, and not the dealer nearest my home. He made sure everything was in order so the purchase process went quickly and smoothly. After the purchase, he did a thorough job setting up the media devices and explaining all of the features on the new vehicle.
