We purchased a Ford Edge through Jeff Callies in November of last year. Our experience was very positive so i returned to him last week to purchase a truck. While Jeff did everything he could, ultimately it boiled down to the right truck at the right price. Go Ford had a truck with the right amount of options at the right price and was able to offer a lower interest rate. This was done without a great deal of haggling. Regardless, if we were to buy another vehicle, we will always give Jeff the first shot at our business. He is knowledgeable, honest and very easy to work with. Jeff did not fail in selling us a car and i would recommend him to friends and family. More

We leased a 2012 Ford Edge Limited and had a trade in, and both Salesmen, Jeff Callies and Mike Donohoe, and others of Sill-TerHar Motors, worked with us in every possible way to accommodate our needs, an and both Salesmen, Jeff Callies and Mike Donohoe, and others of Sill-TerHar Motors, worked with us in every possible way to accommodate our needs, and arrive at a comfortable transaction and monthly payment. The finance gentleman Bobby,not sure his last name, had everything in order for us to get the paperwork handled, and on the day the car was ready for pick up, they had a special area garage, where they delivered the car to us, and had it all detailed and filled with gas. Jeff went over all the new information we needed to get in the car and go, plus they assured us that whenever we needed anything, just come in and they would accommodate us on that service too. We felt like they were family and, we have purchased 4 or 5 new vehicles from them since the early 80's and because of their good customer service, we keep coming back...We (my husband and I) completely would recommend them for car needs. Also, we received a very nice thank you card from each of the salesmen with 2 free oil changes. More

I've purchased many cars from various dealers in my life and the expectation has always been - get in, get what you want with no hidden sales tax or fees, and get out. I have never been so happy with a new car purchase. I came in looking for a Used Fusion and went home with a new Focus. They were extremely helpful there and no pressure from the time I met Jeff to the f came in looking for a Used Fusion and went home with a new Focus. They were extremely helpful there and no pressure from the time I met Jeff to the final signing. Even all the extra it was this are what can be added, I said no, and we moved on, no but you should... Jeff went beyond what I expected. Showing me how to work my new car, handling my old getting to them, changing over my Thule to my new Focus, helping my daughter get my junk out of my old car while I was signing so we could get me out of there sooner, and much more. He made this the simplest decision and one I am thrilled about. And he was right, this car was great getting up in the mountains. I'm thrilled I purchased from them and especially Jeff. My husband even said "first salesman I have ever liked". More
