I accompanied my dad to buy a new Pacifica. Jeff was helpful throughout, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating (my severely disabled son was with us, too). He wasn't pushy. Jeff was very patient in showing and teaching us about the various electronic aspects of the high-tech van dad was considering. And he rolled with whatever adjustments, add-ons, and special considerations dad threw at him. With Jeff's help (and the help of the other folks who helped us complete the process) we had an overall great experience at O'Daniel! More
