I wanted to get a new renegade and realized after we were approved through financing that Jeff was the best salesman we have ever done business with. I wanted to get a new renegade and realized after we were approved through financing that I still had 3 months left on my lease from another company. I thought that I was going to have to wait 3 more months but Jeff worked hard at rolling those payments in. Originally it was only 20 dollars more than I was paying. After the remainder of my previous lease it only went up a few more dollars. They made what I thought was impossible happen and Jeff continues to answer any and all questions I have. He was even helpful through the process of turning in my other vehicle which has been nerve racking. I would recommend this dealership to everyone that needs one and Jeff is the best. I truly dread going into dealerships but now we have someone we trust and will continue to don business with. I guaruntee you can get what you want at the right price! More

I was backing out of my garage to go to car dealers on the north side of Fort Wayne when Jeff called--out of the blue. I had been in a accident; and even though it was still operational, my car was considered 'totaled' because of the age and miles on it (I had planned to keep driving my '03 Jeep Liberty forever--or at least several more years). So I was faced with looking for another vehicle. My husband and I had already been to a few dealers in the morning; and when the phone rang, I thought it was one of the salesmen I had talked with earlier. But it was Jeff--following up from several months earlier to see if I was ready to trade my Liberty yet. (I had kind of brushed him off several times in the prior year--because I intended to drive my Liberty several more years.) Well, I obviously wasn't able to trade; but he convinced me to let him try to help me in my search for a replacement vehicle. He worked patiently and cheerfully with me for hours to get me into a vehicle that had most of what I wanted within my budget. Jeff earned his money that day; and I appreciate all he did to make my experience a good one. More

First & foremost, I was treated like I was just as important as someone who could afford an $80,000 vehicle. Secondly, everyone greeted me with a smile and handshake. Furthermore, the rebates were unbelievable; it was such a blessing to be offered such a deal. Finally, I truly felt like ALL employees involved were genuinely happy for me. I bought my first BRAND NEW JEEP and I couldn't be more pleased. From management- to my dealer- to finance> I cannot thank them enough for the treatment I received. More

Jeff understood and was helpful. Between January and mid March Jeff followed up regularly to see where I was in the process, was there anything he could help me with, etc. I negotiated with many dealerships, but in the end, I wanted to give Jeff the business because he earned it. Casey in finance was great as well. We already had our financing so he got us through the paperwork quickly without being pushy on add on type sales. More
