Jeff over saw it that it wasnt done the rims were supposed to be fixed. one wasnt and jeff was told He gave an excuse it will be done on my first service. Same with the broken lid on the ash tray. Why was it at least ordered. Why was the chips not fix on the day i go it why wasnt the obvious stuff fixed before it was sold. Its because it was never inspected and Jeff was very aware. He lied ot me about the floor mats. He took the cloth ones out and pout rubber ones in and said on the first service i would have the cloths ones waiting. Didnt happen. So i go into service and find out Jeff ignore all the problems and guess who doesn thave the mats and guess who still has a broken ashtray lid. they said they were going to order i and other things that should have been found but after a month it became obvious cochran id not a five star dealer and they sold me what scares me is a fake extended warranty car sales just like in the movies. Looks liek a lot of people got lucky i didnt i got Jeff More

My car has been in for service several times, and the guys in their service department are absolutely the best. Chis and Kristen go out of their way to make things right. Even on short notice they are able to accommodate me. They always take the time to answer my questions and even go on ride alongs to help address the issue no matter how insignificant it may be. On top of their ability to help me, they are normal regular people, they don't great you with a fake smile, and they are easy to get along with. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. More

I initially visited this dealership to test drive a G37x. From my past car buying experience I figured my best deal was going to be from out-of-state dealerships (VA, MD, or OH). So I first went that G37x. From my past car buying experience I figured my best deal was going to be from out-of-state dealerships (VA, MD, or OH). So I first went that route and had 2 dealerships competing against each other (one from VA and one from OH) for my business. I pretty much decided on the OH deal and visited this dealership, as it is local, to give the car one last glance over before pulling the trigger. I told Jeff what the offer was and we talked with the GM (Shawn) about options. They first came in about $500 over the competing offer. The next day I called and they knocked it down by another $200. Just enough to justify not having to drive to OH. All said and done, I was really surprised that they even came close to the other deals. I called 4 other dealerships and they couldn't get within a few thousand dollars of my offers. That day I filled out the online finance application and emailed my driver's license. A few hours later I went to the dealership, signed the paperwork in about 15 minutes, sat with Jeff for a half-hour going over all the car's features, then drove off the lot. Incredibly simple, stress-free buying experience. Will definitely recommend everyone giving them a shot for your business. Thanks guys! More

When I entered the dealership the receptionist was very friendly and called for Jeff Comin to come to the desk. Jeff met me with a smile and we went to see the car I was interested in. We did a walk around and then Jeff and I got in the G37x and got ready for a test drive. Jeff gave me a tutorial on the navigation system, Bluetooth, and controls in general of the car. It was very thorough. The test drive was long enough for me to get a feel for the car. We we returned to the dealership, Jeff set up my phone so it would communicate with the G37x. Then I met with Heyward Penn and did the financing for the sale. He was very thorough as well. Each asked if I had any questions and I really couldn't think of anything since they had both covered the sale very well. I was told by them both that if I had any questions or issues I was to call them. Jeff told me to call if I couldn't figure out how something worked on the car and he'd walk me through it. When you are buying a luxury sport sedan, even if it is used, you are spending a lot of money on the vehicle. When I left the dealership, I felt that I had spent my money wisely and included in the price of my G37x came the services of Jeff and Heyward. They represent Cochran Infiniti very well. More
