Our experience from the very beginning was met with rudeness, and their pricing structure feels predatory, likely taking advantage of being located in an affluent neighborhood where they assume people won't question the bill.We brought our older Cadillac in for four relatively minor, separate issues. Not only did they charge us four individual diagnostic fees, but they also refused to roll the diagnostic costs into the actual repair work once we agreed to move forward—meaning we were forced to pay for the diagnostics entirely on top of the labor. Worse yet, they charged us a diagnostic fee for a service they couldn't even perform simply because they didn't have the part for an older vehicle.When we researched the national average and checked with neighboring Cadillac dealerships and independent luxury mechanics, Andrews Cadillac was roughly triple the price. The parts for our repairs totaled less than $300, yet they charged an astronomical $1,500 in labor.To top it off, the communication and customer service were horrible. We had to follow up with them multiple times just to see when the work would be done. When we finally called them, it turned out the car was already ready and we could have picked it up much earlier—they just never bothered to reach out. Luckily, we called right before the holiday weekend. If we hadn't taken the initiative to call, our car would have been stuck there over Labor Day, which would have severely inconvenienced us for work and personal transit.When we asked if they offered a first responder, police, or firefighter discount, the staff was incredibly dismissive and rude about it. They are overcharging on purpose and completely lack basic customer care. Save your time and money—take your vehicle to another dealership or a reputable independent shop instead. More

Scott the sales manager was our first sales person some years ago, Dave the now paper/finance person too was our sales person just a couple years ago and both the senior Mr Andrews and his son have ‘time’ to talk with you and you can see from talking with them why all their people are special. Of course we have had experience with the service department over time and that also with Katie and others has also been good. We can recommend all at Andrews to our family and friends. We would be surprised if others wouldn’t find this a nice experience and we know you will find Andrea great and we are happy Scott and Dave have moved to different positions allowing us to also ‘advance’ to Andrea.
