We suffered a tire puncture on a Saturday and were initially unable to find a run flat replacement. I called BMW West St. Louis on Monday morning and were told they had a tire in stock and that they initially unable to find a run flat replacement. I called BMW West St. Louis on Monday morning and were told they had a tire in stock and that they could install it at 9:30. When I arrived Jeff Daniels was the service advisor and he handled the check in professionally. The work was completed in the time promised and Sean Kelley the tech that did the work followed up with a text message video explaining the work performed including a check of fluid levels. The price was competitive and the people were fantastic. More

The Service Advisor Team has always been prompt and attentive to any question or needs. Jeff Daniels went above and beyond this past time assisting with a complex car issue leading to my purchase of a new BMW. From the car buying experience perspective, Veronica Tran was outstanding - professional, personable, knowledgeable, and highly efficient with the process. While getting a new car is always exciting, it is the dealer experience that keeps someone coming back...and nice touch with the red carpet, red bow, pictures, and chocolates upon car delivery!! More
