Excellent Experience Max was by my side through both cars. My first 2017 E-class turned out to be a lemon and my 2nd one Max ensured i got the specs i needed in a car. H Max was by my side through both cars. My first 2017 E-class turned out to be a lemon and my 2nd one Max ensured i got the specs i needed in a car. His knowledge of the cars features and quick solid responses to my inquires were above expectations. He was always in constant communication with me letting me know the status of the car and the overall process. Additionally, he always made time for me when it was convenient for me and he ensured when i was there that i was well taken care of in the service department, ensuring i got the right type of rental with the right options and having my rental car washed, and providing me with snacks in the waiting area.
