Zimmerman Honda in Moline, IL is a great place to go look at a Honda vehicle. From reading other reviews on Dealer Rater about the great experience others had with Jeff Dolan (Salesman), we decided to ask for him to help us look at new and maybe used Honda Accords. Jeff was great to deal with, easy going, very knowledgeable about the Honda cars, gave us our space to look around, and answered all our questions (in person, over the phone, and by email). We also worked some with Noel Frideres, he was also very nice and not pushy at all. Jeff was not pushy at all, he let us test drive cars alone (he did not have to go along), and we dealt with him for well over a month. We were not in a hurry, look and drove many other brand cars, and decided on the Honda Accord for numerous reasons. Jeff Dolan was a pleasure to deal with in every aspect, professional, down-to-earth, and kind. He helped us get the car in the color we wanted and in a timely manner. We will always recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking at new or used cars! More

When I went to Zimmerman's I was a little nervous because it was my first time buying a car and I hadn't beeen treated very well at other dealerships. And he helped me find my dream car. Unfortunately I was unable to finance my dream car, and Jeff went out of he way to help me. He worked with my bank and the finance people to put me in something that I love. He made buying a car an enjoyable, and relatively stress free experiance. I will never buy a car from anyone but Jeff, and will recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More

When I arrived I took a test drive of the vehicle I requested and Jeff went over all the options and features during the test drive. A very fair price was agreed upon and the Finance Manager Ricky did a great job going over the contract with me. After that Jeff went over every option and feature that my new car had and made sure I understood everything even though it was well past normal business hours; again Jeff Dolan was very professional and extremely knowledeable. We purchased our first Honda - a Honda Pilot - in 2006. We were very happy with the vehicle, which had approximately 145,000 miles on it, and with the Service Department. Jeff Dolan approached Denny and asked if he could be of help. Denny said that he was "just looking" and Jeff gave Denny his card and said that he would appreciate a call when we were ready to purchase a vehicle. Eight days later we walked out of Zimmerman Honda Dealership with a 2013 Pilot. Denny had a good experience with all of the Sales persons he dealt with, but he was especially impressed with Jeff, as was I when we met to finish the paperwork. We both agree that he is a polite and knowledgeable young man. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time explaining the "bells and whistles" in our new Pilot and assured us that we were to call him if we had questions about the car. We would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a car. We also had a good experience with Ricky Unholz, the Business Manager. And, as I mentioned before, the Service Department at Zimmerman is tops! More

By the time we left the dealership we not only had two new vehicles but felt like we had new members to our family!!
