I had such a great experience at Honda today. I needed to start a new lease, and Matt Rizzo made the whole process incredibly easy. We handled almost everything through email and text beforehand, so by the time I got to the dealership, I was there for maybe 15 minutes. Everything was already prepared and they took care of the rest. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was no pressure or hassle at all, and the whole experience was honestly just really easy. A car dealership visit that takes 15 minutes and goes this smoothly is pretty hard to beat. I really appreciate how much Matt and the whole team did to make the process so painless. I would absolutely recommend them! More
