On a Monday Morning I called to schedule a service appointment and was told their tranny tech was unavailble for a full week . Jeff knowing our need for the truck and that not having a sevice tech available for a week was unaccetptable reached out to another local Ford dealership that took me in the very next day and had my Vehicle done early that afternoon. It is extremely reassuring knowing people go above and beyond the expected at Interstate Ford in Dacona ---- just a short 15 minute drive from 1-25 and 104 th ave for the best sales and service one could ask for !!! More
