Always a great experience! I have purchased multiple cars from Stacia and she has always been great to work with. In addition Q in their finance department makes the paperwork p I have purchased multiple cars from Stacia and she has always been great to work with. In addition Q in their finance department makes the paperwork process painless. Their service department is very accommodating as well! Jeff in the service department gives you updates throughout the process of getting your vehicle serviced. Always a great experience all around. More

I was on my way to Loveland from Highlands Ranch taking my son to a competi Jeff DuVall in service went above and beyond to help me on Saturday 11/5. I was on my way to Loveland from Highlands Ranch taking my son to a competition when we got a flat tire on I-25 just south of HWY 52 exit. I was able to drive the car to the exit and thought perhaps Ford could help fix the tire quickly so we could make it on time. I went into the service and asked Jeff about it. He apologized that they would not be able to get to it for a few hours as they were very busy. He did offer to put some air in the tire to see if I could get to Discount Tires since I was in hurry. We discovered that the hole in the tire was too big and we looked for a spare-another service advisor came out to help and looked in the manual and we discovered that the tires were run-flat tires. No spare and no way to repair the tire. It would have to be replaced and they did not have that tire in stock. Knowing that I was trying to get my son to a competition on time, Jeff offered to let me have a rental car to use for the day and we could deal with my car later. I gratefully accepted. He got us back on the road in just a few minutes and my son did not miss his competition. Meanwhile my husband worked with Jeff over the phone on a solution. Jeff ended up offering to put one of the shop's old tires on my car that would work for me to get the car home. I arrived back to the dealership at 3:30pm. Jeff showed me the tire, made sure I didn't have any indicator lights on my dash regarding the tire and told me if I had any issues he would be at work for another 30 minutes and to call him. He would not take payment for the rental, the tire or his time. Why this means so much to me? I had just spent 4 weeks in Florida with my dying mother who passed away just one week prior to this. I had only been back home for a few days and not really in a position to take on added stressful situations, but I was given one. The kindness and generosity shown to me was beyond just helping me with a tire. Thank you Jeff and the rest of the staff who off-loaded an enormous amount of stress I would have had to endure. Everything worked out and we got home safely. More

Best Ford Dealership! Jeff went above and beyond to not only get my truck fixed but make sure it was safe going into the winter. After receiving the customer service from xxxx at O'Meara Ford Northglenn it was a huge relief to end up at Interstate Ford where the employee's actually care about their customers. We have purchased several vehicles from Todd over the years he is the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest sales person I've ever met. He has also gone above and beyond to make sure the customer service we have received is outstanding no matter the amount of money we do or don't spend. More

RecaalWarrarnty Service My new 2016 Ford F-150 started running rough over the weekend throwing power train failure and service advance trac system faults. When I I turned o My new 2016 Ford F-150 started running rough over the weekend throwing power train failure and service advance trac system faults. When I I turned off the engine and restarted the vehicle the fault messages in the display cleared and the vehicle ran fine again, I contacted Jeff describing the problem and he scheduled an appointment for 8:00 the next day. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a failure of the power train/throttle control module. A recall had actually been issued by Ford related to this issue. The service department replaced the module with no questions asked and my F-150 has been running fine since. I was back on the road in approximately 90-minutes. While waiting for my vehicle, I went to the parts department and ordered step bars for my truck. They called me that afternoon and informed me that they were in and the service department could install them for me for a nominal fee. I scheduled the work for the next day and 45-minutes later I was on the road again. Thanks again to Jeff and the rest of the service department for taking care of warranty repair and step bars so quickly! More

Very outgoing and friendly, yet still service oriented. Jeff and Adrian always treat me with respect and see to all problems I may have in a professional, yet friendly manner. I highly recommend them. Unfortunately I am moving out of state and leaving Interstate Ford. I hope to find a dealership with such excellent employees in my new location. More

Great Service! I purchased my vehicle from Intestate Ford in 2013. Ever since I have had my car serviced there as well. Not only are they more reasonable priced then I purchased my vehicle from Intestate Ford in 2013. Ever since I have had my car serviced there as well. Not only are they more reasonable priced then my local Ford dealer, they are always on time with my appointments and if I am running tight with my schedule they push it through in a very efficient manner.
