Great Experience Our first stop was the Service Dept, we spoke with Jeff DuVall, as we have on several occasions. I have to say the Service Dept can be a little gruff Our first stop was the Service Dept, we spoke with Jeff DuVall, as we have on several occasions. I have to say the Service Dept can be a little gruff on the phone, but have always been very nice in person. We have taken 3 of our cars in for repairs and maintenance on numerous occasions. We will continue to using them. Next stop was trading in our Explorer. I hate buying cars, always have. Drives me crazy when you pull up and salesmen swarm your car before you can even get out. We didn't not have that experience at Interstate. We dealt with Cody who is new and he was very professional and courteous. He was able to answer any questions we had, "Q" and Cody both were very patient and professional during this sale especially keeping them way past closing. More

Vacation saved, helped my family return to Topeka Kansas On the afternoon of 7/27/16 I phoned Interstate Ford, 800 Bryan Ct, Dacono, CO 80514 and told them my family (myself, wife, 2 sons-10&12) was in Estes On the afternoon of 7/27/16 I phoned Interstate Ford, 800 Bryan Ct, Dacono, CO 80514 and told them my family (myself, wife, 2 sons-10&12) was in Estes Park on vacation from eastern Kansas and needed to return home tomorrow. I conveyed to the service department that our Mercury Mountaineer Luxury was displaying several error codes and I was worried about making it home. They told me they were booked into next week, but to bring it in early the next morning (7/28/16) and we would go from there. The service department was polite, courteous, and helpful. They looked at our car quickly, then explained options, prices, and time required. They were honest and fair. But mostly I felt that they cared about my family, their safety, and displayed genuine compassion. I am very grateful for this kind of service, Thank you. Eric Lietz More

Solid Advice Found my problem and fixed within the day. Found warranty to cover the issue and avoided a pricey fix that was not covered by warranty. Great Repair Service Experience I worked mostly with Jeff Duvall on a electrical issue with my Explorer. Jeff called on my extended warranty and got that approval, he also called aft I worked mostly with Jeff Duvall on a electrical issue with my Explorer. Jeff called on my extended warranty and got that approval, he also called after the problem was diagnosed and again when the repair was complete. Great communication. This was my first experience with Interstate Ford but I will be back with both Ford vehicles we own for service, repairs, tires and at some point to purchase a new vehicle. More

Yet another easy purchase This was our 4th vehicle purchase from this dealership and once again they were great. Stacia put in a lot of time and put up with all of my questions This was our 4th vehicle purchase from this dealership and once again they were great. Stacia put in a lot of time and put up with all of my questions and demands. It was a very easy purchase, as usual, thanks to all of her hard work. The deal was excellent as usual too! Q is also always great as he makes it quick and painless. This dealership is the primary reason we all have Fords. A happy customer, yet again. This was also the first time we had some modifications done to a vehicle, which was right after purchase. Jeff was knowledgeable and very helpful. This is an all around great dealership and we are always recommending them to friends and family. More

Excellent prompt service We were out of state going to pick up a camper that we bought online and just outside of Denver the ABS light came on and a vibration started in the f We were out of state going to pick up a camper that we bought online and just outside of Denver the ABS light came on and a vibration started in the front of the truck. Not knowing what we were going to do being so far from home we looked for somewhere to take it. We found the closest Ford and took it to Interstate Ford not knowing how long the truck would be in the shop and our vacation plans on the brink of disaster Interstate Ford got the truck in the same day and fixed within a couple hours. They gave us a loaner vehicle to go get some food and whatever else that we needed to do. They did an awesome job!!! More
