He is outstanding with his customers and the only one I can truly trust to work on my car. GREAT customer service, no pressure! From the time my daughter/I walked on the lot we were given a few minutes to walk a bit then were met by Stacia . VERY pleasant, no pressure. Asked what we might be looking for and if she could assist with any questions. I had special needs due to back fusion so needed a car, specifically SUV 4WD, that also was 'in my comfort zone' getting in/out (not too high/low, not constrictive entering or exiting the vehicle etc). Stacia listened very well, made suggestions......she came back the next day, on her day of, when I was with my husband and we bought the 2014 Ford Escape!!! Quienten worked with us very well on the financial side. We got the extended warranty & got the SUV Glasscoated. All areas were smooth from meeting Stacia, Quienten, and took only about 3 hours as promised for the coating a few days later when it was convenient for us. Stacia was awesome!!! She was very detailed in EVERY aspect and respectful of our needs......handed us our keys when we completed the financial & walked us to our Ford Escape......wow, nice!!! Jeff contacted Q on his day off to ok the Glasscoating but was great to handle my questions. Very Sincerely, Pennie & Jim More
