Online Purchase-Out of State. Great Experience! Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Ron, Jeff, and Dana, Ron was very easy to deal with when it came to answering all of my questions (I ask Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Ron, Jeff, and Dana, Ron was very easy to deal with when it came to answering all of my questions (I ask a lot of them..) He was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing for my son (2014 BMW X1.) He was also very prompt getting back to me via text. Jeff went above and beyond to get me my new plates from New York state DMV (can't transfer out of state plates in Massachusetts.) Dana was very generous fixing an issue we had with the car (remote starter had an issue.) He quickly paid for the bill, without issue, when i brought it to my local BMW dealership. My son is really happy with his car and I am really happy with Avon. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a upscale car at a good price. More

Pleasant and quick Called to make an appointment to check out a vehicle and came down that weekend. Was met up with someone within seconds of walking onto the lot and was handed the keys to test drive the car I came to look at. Following a great test drive, we went over the details and was told very up front the cost, what was going to be serviced on the car, and the steps I would have to take next since I lived in a different state. Much better than what I expected, fantastic experience! More

Quick buying process, but terrible mechanics Had to update my review. Buying process may have been quick but once all the paperwork was done my questions were deflected constantly. One day after picking the truck up it had a check engine light, turbo underboost. Contacted Dana had the truck diagnosed at ford. Needed a turbo and a FICM. Dana declined the work at ford and wanted to have his guy do it. I objected and told him where I wanted the truck repaired seeing as his guys weren’t even remotely qualified to do the work considering the oil wasn’t even changed on the truck and the new tires were improperly balanced with the old weights still on. That fell on deaf ears and the truck ended up at his shop. FICM was ordered through ford but the turbo was an eBay special, so I don’t expect it to last long. Dropped the truck off on Monday, parts came in on Wednesday. So realistically the job should have been done Thursday, it’s not even a 4 hour job to replace the turbo in this truck. Didn’t get the truck back until Saturday, and still constant lack of communication. Picked the truck up and the seat was filthy, my passenger front tire had been removed while the work was being performed and used as a stepping stool, and was covered in grease and dirt. There was grease all over my Hood somehow. The degas bottle(coolant overflow) was reinstalled completely wrong and would’ve snapped the tabs if I didn’t open the hood and correct the position of it. All of the v clamps for the turbo were loose. The intake boots where positioned improperly along with loose clamps. The mounting bolts for the turbo were not torqued down at all. Completely and total incompetence. Absolutely do not let dana’s so called mechanics repair your vehicle if something goes wrong. I was looking for a new truck and came across an F-350 here. It was new inventory. I stopped by test drove it. Had peter email over paperwork the following day and went down that night and paid for it. I haven’t picked it up yet, because they wanted to service it and replace the mirrors (plastic was cracked a little bit) and also put a brand new set of tires on it. More
