One morning in January I was heading home from work when I ran over a piece of metal and it punctured my rear tire. I was losing air pressure fast and so I pulled into Jim O’Neal’s because I knew the servi I ran over a piece of metal and it punctured my rear tire. I was losing air pressure fast and so I pulled into Jim O’Neal’s because I knew the service department had opened at 7am. I own a Ram 1500 Hemi and knew I couldn’t change my tire myself. Anyway, the guys took my truck straight back to work on it, even though they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment. Jeff, in the service department explained to me that they couldn’t fix my tire but they could put my spare on and could order me a knew tire. I chose not to purchase a new tire at the moment, so Jeff gave 3 estimates for 4 new tires. Prices were a lot cheaper then I thought they would be. So after being there around an hour, I was on my way home. Thanks to Jeff and everyone in the service department that morning. You made my day! See you soon for my new tires 😊 More
