Service Dep't Visit was prompted by "SER4WHD" light coming on and off frequently. Two modules on Trans. were updated very quickly. While there, it was discovered Visit was prompted by "SER4WHD" light coming on and off frequently. Two modules on Trans. were updated very quickly. While there, it was discovered my spark plugs had never been changed in almost 89000 and my Trans. had never been serviced. I asked if these services could be done that day if they had time. They checked their schedule and said they would be able to do both jobs while I was there. The next day the "SER4WHD" light came on and off three times. I called and set up an appointment for the next week. Before the appointment day arrived, the "Check Engine" light came on, stayed on for a couple of days and went off. Both problems were addressed on the day of my scheduled appointment. Other wiring needed to be checked and it was the end of the work day, so we scheduled another appointment for two days later at 8 a.m. The Transfer Case Service Motor was suspect so one was ordered. I was told it could take all day to check the wiring to make sure there were no problems there. My truck went into the shop at 8 a.m., the Transfer Case motor came in earlier than expected and was installed. I asked to see the old, one and the Service Tech. brought it out to show me. It was rusted and corroded and most likely had taken on moisture at some point. They presented me with the bill for repair and it was $10 less than the estimate I was given at the previous appointment. I paid the bill and was on the road home at 11 a.m., way sooner than I had anticipated. All is well. More

My desire, though, to shop 'in home' is imperative. It's important to me that businesses in my hometown thrive. It's not difficult to make that decision, either, when you have a great business like Woody's Automotive to work with. Since 2005, I have purchased 4 cars from Woody's. My dealings through the years with, not only their sales personnel, but the in-between needs, i.e., service department for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. have been exemplary. It means a lot to me to be treated with courtesy and kindness, and to know that when I ask questions, they are received and answered with respect. Such is the treatment I receive in my dealings with Woody's. My latest purchase of my 2016 Chrysler 300 could not have gone any smoother, and Jeff Henderson and Russ Singleton made sure I felt at ease during the whole transaction. There was a time I would have never dreamed I'd have the inner strength and determination to purchase a vehicle on my own. Woody's personnel are the reason I have been able to face this act of a big purchase with confidence and courage. Thanks, Jeff, for your part in making this transaction such a positive one!! You're the best!!! More

Excellent car buying experience! They had the car I wanted with the options I wanted and the right price. However, the dealership was over 3 hours away. I debated if the potential 6.5 hr drive (round trip) was worth it knowing I didn't really know what I would find when I got there. I gambled... and decided to go for it. Best decision ever! They exceeded my expectations! It was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised! Not only was the car what I was looking for, but they were amazing to work with! Jeff Henderson made it an excellent car buying experience as did the entire team! Was very impressed with the entire dealership. We even some how managed to forget the floor mats which they offered to mail to us! Definitely a Class Act dealership! More

WOWtastic! I knew something was out of place at Woody's the moment I drove on the lot. Instead I found professional sales people who were attentive and willing to engage in old-fashioned customer service. Mitchell C., Jeff H., and Terry M. did excellent jobs selling me a vehicle rather than selling a vehicle to me! Deryck K. in service went the extra mile to provide friendly and prompt service to my car. If you want to be WOWed head to Woody's Automotive Group...a completely different car buying experience! He had a loaner waiting for me when I dropped the car off. Bob and Kelsea took care of me in the service department and were very friendly and helpful. Bob took care of the issue with the headlight assembly and the loose trim around the rear wheel. He ran into more issues than expected but had another part shipped in over night and had it fixed the next day. More
