After speaking to Jeff and quizzing him relentlessly about the van, I felt it was the one for me. My son and I drove to view it and it was better than expected. Jeff was our sales person (he has been with Woody's for 17+ years and was professional and not pushy). Copies of the history of the van were given to us (Car Fax and another that was even more complete than that.) All warranties were clearly explained to us as well as van features. I should add that I drove from Memphis TN to St Charles Mo to pick up my son and from there to Chillicothe MO to get the van and it was worth every mile. I had the pleasure of be served by Jeff Henderson and Cory Huffman; both Sales Advisors were very professional. I originally came to Woody's to inquire and test drive another vehicle, and ended up test driving several vehicles before finding the Dakota that I ended up purchasing. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something I was unsure nor did I ever feel I was being treated less than fairly but was treated with honesty, respect, and friendliness. Two months later, the Dakota has run very well and made a trip from Chillicothe to Baltimore, Maryland and back.
