The staff goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable whether it's a $2,000 vehicle, or a $50,000 vehicle. It is a car business, and car dealers are in it to make a profit, but I feel they truelly do care about customer satisfaction. I been to dealerships where their sales teams hover and "attack" when you step foot on the property! This is why I very much dislike dealerships! Woody's is very low pressure, and allow you time to "think"! The customer engages the sales person to make a deal, not the opposite. Hopefully I won't have to buy a vehicle for a while, but Woody's will be my home for any future dealings! Great experience.......again! More

Like no other car buying experience Such an easy process. We applied online and within 24 hours were approved, had the test drive and were driving our new car home! Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I was definitely not looking forward to purchasing another vehicle after my very first experience at another dealer, but I saw all of the video review I was definitely not looking forward to purchasing another vehicle after my very first experience at another dealer, but I saw all of the video reviews online and decided to give Woody's a shot. I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smiling face and I was able to ask a million questions without feeling like I was annoying or a nuisance. Sometimes going into a dealership alone as a woman can be intimidating, but I truly feel like they tried to help me understand everything from beginning to end and I never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me; I can't explain how much I appreciated that. The sales process was so quick and the finance department was really friendly! They made the paperwork easy to understand, so I knew exactly what I was signing. I LOVED that the price of the car was the price of the car! They didn't add on a bunch of fees at the end and I really appreciated that. Overall, it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Woody's to all of my family and friends and have already! More
