Jeff was great and it was a pleasure working with him. I have some unique circumstances to meet when purchasing a vehicle, and Jeff helped me jump through those hoops. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to pick up the vehicle. It was wonderful working with just one person. Do be careful though, like any dealership, they will try to sell a bunch of additional add-ons. They didn't push back when I said no though, so it was fine. They did raise the price of the vehicle on me and said it was because the market was going up and they base the price of the vehicle on the market. Jeff acted like his hands were tied and he couldn't get the price lower. To his credit though, he locked me in at this second price when the dealer went to raise the price a third time. Overall a positive experience, just realize they're a business trying to make money, just like every other business. More
