I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that The service department is disrespectful of one's time and doesn't stay honest to their word. I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that they had been calling me non-stop to get done for a year and when I got to my appointment they said they could not complete the job in under 2.5 hours when on the phone they told me 1.5 hours. The job was a simple one to change out a windshield wiper motor. when I told them I had waited months to get a Saturday appointment since M-F they are only open until 6pm (who can work and get their car serviced before 6pm?) They didn't even care that I waited months for the appointment. Then would I told them how upset I was they only handed me this dealer rater card to review them online. My family has bought 3 cars from Sunrise Chevrolet and I'm sorry to say there won't be a 4th due to the service department and their disregard for my time. More

I was pleasantly surprised with my salesman, Matt Dickerson, who found me the car I wanted (with a few extra features I absolutely enjoy) that hit my monthly payment goal. The dealership exceeded my expectations and continues to amaze me. I love that my car is certified, which allows me routine maintenance at no additional cost to me...I could go on and on, but I think this gets the point across!
