I waited at the dealership and enjoyed looking at other vehicles since my son is in the market for a Colorado or Canyon truck. Purchase of the new 2019 1500 Silverado High Country When I ordered a new truck I didn’t expect it to be somewhat of a roller coaster ride waiting for delivery. But thanks to Becky Young, she kept in contact with the factory to try to make things go smooth. She worked very hard with representatives from the factory to get a build date. Im so appreciative she kept me informed of any progress. Of course when a build date was assigned to my truck, I was so pleased and I’m sure she was too.....lol....I was also very pleased on the price and incentives offered me. When the truck arrived at the dealer, Becky was on vacation. I was so excited to find out the truck had arrived, I called to tell her....lol.....even though she said it was ok and no problem at all, I felt bad about calling while she was enjoying her time off. Darrin Young step in during her absence and thoroughly explained the operation and options this awesome truck had to offer. He was so informative and friendly that my wife and I felt we’d known him for sometime. This is our third purchase at Paradise Chevrolet and we use the service dept exclusively for our needs. I will most definitely recommend Paradise to anyone in the market for a GM vehicle. Thank you Darrin for your help and info when we picked up the truck. But a very Special “thank you” to Becky. Honest and Responsive Sales Wednesday night, I went to Paradise as my car was totaled the previous Saturday. I felt slightly anxious as this car search process was a sudden need. I was greeted by Damnio Thompson who listened to my check list of needs. He showed me my described car then showed me the upgrade version which is what I realized I truly wanted. Certified 2016 Chevy Volt Hybrid. Pearl-White; Heated leather seats; Heated steering wheel; Auto App monitor pairing with my phone. Next got my payment exactly where I wanted it with Josh Rice. Damione went above and beyond getting my rental car back to Enterprise and me and my new car home that night! We knew that night that the monitor-control panel needed an upgrade. Damione made all the arrangements for Saturday morning. I met with Jeff Hunt in Service resolved today, Saturday. We discussed my service needs. I was given a shuttle ride back home and picked up when my car was ready. Jeff kept me up-to-the-moment with the status of my service. He "walked me through" the control panel again and a few extra driving tips regarding this Hybrid. Amazing Team! Thank you Damione, Josh and Jeff. This team made a potential stressful process easy and 24 hours later, still thrilled with my decision and my Paradise Team Experience! More
