Have been in contact with the dealer for a vehicle for a week. I was told they could not sell the car as they didn’t have its title yet. Then they told me they would not hold the car with a deposit but week. I was told they could not sell the car as they didn’t have its title yet. Then they told me they would not hold the car with a deposit but DO NOT WORRY I was the first in line to purchase it (I am remote) when it became available. Then they text me (not even a call) to tell me the car was sold to a local buyer. Beware, do not trust their words - I can only imagine the real conditions of the car they were “holding for me“ More

Not the typical experience you would get from other dealerships. We were upfront and let them know that the purchase of a new vehicle would be dependent on our trade-in. James went out to look at our dealerships. We were upfront and let them know that the purchase of a new vehicle would be dependent on our trade-in. James went out to look at our trade-in and immediately went up the chain of command to the operations manager, Jeff Huvaere. Within 15 minutes we both had a price we were happy with and John Duley was there putting in our order. We highly recommend this dealership. More
