I bought a 14 year old truck knowing I would probably have some problems with it. To my surprise, everything worked perfectly and has continued to work. It drives like a new truck. This dealership sold me a car as "Impeccable", "everything worked" from Nick Rose and others, "Went through our 125 point inspection", "would pass a state vehicle inspection", etc. I bought the c "everything worked" from Nick Rose and others, "Went through our 125 point inspection", "would pass a state vehicle inspection", etc. I bought the car over the internet and could not travel to inspect it due to Covid. I relied on the disclosure of the dealership and the assurances they provided. It was a 13 year old car and sold "As Is", but "As Is" was what they told me and how the car was represented. I paid a premium for the car as it had very low miles, I shipped it on an enclosed carrier by itself. From the moment the car arrived and I tried to open the doors with the key fob the nightmare began. It did not work properly, the car was dead, it would not start and I knew I was in trouble. I got the car to start the next AM, the infotainment unit did not work, the wipers did not work, the taillight was out, the trunk did not work, the glove box did not close properly, the car could not hold a charge and both batteries had to be replaced, the coolant system was leaking..etc., etc I spoke with he General Manager, Jeff Huvaere, and he apologized profusely but has no idea how this happened as "all these things were not present" when the car left. That is not humanly possible. I would stay away from this dealership. More

Have been in contact with the dealer for a vehicle for a week. I was told they could not sell the car as they didn’t have its title yet. Then they told me they would not hold the car with a deposit but week. I was told they could not sell the car as they didn’t have its title yet. Then they text me (not even a call) to tell me the car was sold to a local buyer. Beware, do not trust their words - I can only imagine the real conditions of the car they were “holding for me“ More

Not the typical experience you would get from other dealerships. We were upfront and let them know that the purchase of a new vehicle would be dependent on our trade-in. James went out to look at our dealerships. We were upfront and let them know that the purchase of a new vehicle would be dependent on our trade-in. Within 15 minutes we both had a price we were happy with and John Duley was there putting in our order. We highly recommend this dealership. More
