On February 24 both my daughter and I upgraded our cars with Grant and finance man Kenny. We had a positive experience all the way around and Grant went to bat for us. Grant is a very pleasant gentleman who has good product knowledge I myself upgraded to a Nissan Rogue, 2023 from a 2021 model . My daughter turned in her Carolla for a Nissan Altima 2023.. The entire dealership gives a chill vibe. Special shout out to my service man, Jeffrey Jones who always takes care of my service needs. Please see him for your service needs! My experience at Nissan Roseville, was great. I Recieved excellent customer service by service representative Jeff Jones. l currently have a breathalyzer in my vehicle, Mr Jones professionalism made it less excellent customer service by service representative Jeff Jones. l currently have a breathalyzer in my vehicle, Mr Jones professionalism made it less stressful for me, while getting a routine oil change. He advised me of other necessary repairs my car needed and even cleaned my battery post/ cables and replaced the battery in my car remote. I also want to thank the entire staff there at Roseville Nissan for being so welcoming while I sat and waited with my large dog in the lobby. I was impressed by how fast I was able to get an appointment and the customer service I received, that I will now continue to service my car only at this location. More

Jeff Jones was an absolute pleasure to work with. He bent over backwards to keep in touch and help me with pricing. I ultimately decided not to get my car fixed because the cost would be more than the car wa over backwards to keep in touch and help me with pricing.
