Phil Lo is hands down one of the best salesman I've ever worked with. It's not uncommon for us to have this stereotype of car salesmen. Phi has a gift in being a very likable person who listened to our needs and met them. He was able to tell us which van would best fit and accommodate our needs as a family of 4...and more to come. Since this was the end of the day, most people would be chomping at the bit to get done with work and head home. So here I am on the last day of the year, and the entire team worked to detail the truck, make certain I got the financing range I wanted and never made me feel I was inconvenient for them.
