I have been using this dealership since it opened, and I have to say they are right on. There maintance team is great and the sales team as well. I love the dealership and the people there but what a fiasco this last Saturday when I brought my truck in for a scheduled service and a repair that is under warranty. Why would the person that scheduled fiasco this last Saturday when I brought my truck in for a scheduled service and a repair that is under warranty. Why would the person that scheduled the warranty work schedule me for a Saturday morning appointment if Toyota Warranty department is closed on Saturdays? My truck was serviced but unfortunately I have to find a way to get it in there early enough on a weekday. I use the truck for work and I am not sure when I can bring it in during the week. Additionally, I had a 8 AM appt. Why did it take 2 hours for a scheduled service? More
