He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. When it came time to handle the paperwork, Carmelo in finance was just as impressive. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood all my options, and kept things efficient while still being thorough. Overall, the experience was easy, transparent, and actually enjoyable—something you don’t always expect when buying a car. Would appreciate it if advertised vehicle prices included dealer add-ons. Purchased an almost-new vehicle (less than 900 miles), but it only had one key.
