I think it's always a pretty stressful experience when purchasing a new vehicle because you never know if something will go wrong. You place a lot of trust in the hands of other people and hope that they purchasing a new vehicle because you never know if something will go wrong. You place a lot of trust in the hands of other people and hope that they take care of you. I traded in my Tacoma that I purchased brand new for a used Explorer and I couldn't be happier that I did. From the moment I walked on the lot, the members of Riata took great care of me. There were some hiccups along the way and a few fixes that needed to take place, but they all stepped up and did an amazing job. It was a very stressful time for me and everyone here has been so kind and helpful. I wanted to say a special thank you to Michael, Nick, Jeff, Randall, Jay, Kelsey, Aaron, and the rest of the service techs.
